The opportunity:
- We are looking for a Senior Workday AI and Reporting Analyst to help transform how HR teams operate.
- You will define and drive the AI enablement strategy for Workday HCM.
- This role combines deep Workday expertise with emerging AI capabilities.
What you'll be doing:
- Define and execute the AI enablement strategy for Workday HCM.
- Partner with HR leaders to identify and architect high-impact AI and automation use cases.
- Build scalable reporting and analytics solutions using Custom Reports, Dashboards, and Prism Analytics.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in HR Technology with deep Workday configuration expertise.
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM functionality and HR business processes.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and experience enabling AI initiatives in Workday.
