Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR technology strategy and roadmap, partnering with VP HR Operations.
- Manage system implementations, configuration, and ongoing optimization of HR platforms.
- Oversee vendor contracts, SLAs, and performance expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 6–8+ years of HR technology/HRIS experience with Workday.
- Strong analytics foundation and experience with BI tools.
Work Environment:
- Fully remote position with up to 15% travel.
