Overview:

  • Ensures Talent technology across the employee lifecycle is connected and scalable.
  • Serves as the Workday domain owner for Recruiting, Learning, Performance, and Compensation functionality.
  • Translates People programs into durable, well-governed technology solutions.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owns the strategy, configuration, and ongoing evolution of Workday Talent capabilities.
  • Partners with Talent Acquisition, Learning, and Total Rewards stakeholders.
  • Leads the design, configuration, testing, deployment, and operational stewardship of Talent lifecycle functionality.

What you will need to be successful:

  • 7+ years managing and configuring SaaS platforms and 3+ years’ experience configuring Workday.
  • Hands-on experience supporting and configuring Workday Talent and Recruiting modules.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related field.
