A key leader within the People team, responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and administration of all compensation programs globally. This role requires a highly experienced and analytical professional with a deep understanding of broad-based and executive compensation, sales compensation, and equity programs. As Lyra continues to expand globally, a near-term critical focus of this role will be to integrate existing compensation programs into a comprehensive, globally-minded, locally-delivered structure, while also developing new programs in geographies where they donβt yet exist.
