HR Workday Transformation Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Lead HR transformation advisory, including discovery, current state reviews, and business cases.
• Run HCM system selection and SI procurement, and provide independent implementation oversight.
• Plan and manage engagements to time, budget, and quality, supporting workstreams like testing and change management.

Skills and Experience:

• At least eight years in HR transformation with hands-on involvement in two full Workday HCM implementations.
• Experience with HCM system selection, SI procurement, and delivering Workday training to HR teams.
• Sound knowledge of US HR and payroll practice, plus confidence working with senior stakeholders.
