Ensures client satisfaction through successful installation of Intapp solutions that will improve the client’s business efficiency and functionality. Applies advanced knowledge and experience to ensure client satisfaction by participating in complex projects and takes an active role, modeling best practices as an expert in the field. This is a remote position.

As a part of Harbor’s team, you will work closely with project team members and client personnel, facilitating requirements gathering, researching best practices, leveraging internal intellectual property, and conducting data analysis to facilitate the implementation of cost savings and process improvement opportunities. You will play a key role in developing and implementing the identified opportunities as well as support practice operations and business development.
