The Payment/Payroll Analyst / Clerical Associate will join a team which is dedicated to ensuring all staff are paid on time and correctly. The Payment/Payroll Analyst plays a pivotal role in identifying errors, reporting errors to the proper unit, and ensuring corrections are made to the employee’s record. The primary responsibilities of this role include: Review Payroll reports, Leave Status reports, Compute managerial and non-managerial lump sum payments, retro-active payments, audit payments, Collaborate with various units, Assist with the batching and distribution of paychecks, Provide customer service by responding to payroll inquiries, researching questions, and bringing issues to resolution.
