  • Effectively present Mom's Meals products and services to a variety of audiences including managed care organizations, case managers, social workers, physicians, nurses and dietitians.
  • Consistently utilize company programs and systems to maximize account engagements and create efficient sales routes to meet scheduled meetings and client educational opportunities.
  • Drive sales forecast, growth goals, and key initiatives, while maintaining CRM database documenting sales leads and follow-ups.

  • Execute full-cycle payroll processing for hourly and salaried employees using UKG Pro.
  • Validate time and attendance data and resolve discrepancies prior to payroll close.
  • Configure, maintain, and audit multi-state payroll tax setups to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.

  • Oversee the Care Navigation program, ensuring efficient operation and successful implementation of new programs.
  • Manage relationships with health plan partners and oversee internal policies and procedures for care navigation activities.
  • Provide telephonic care navigation services to individuals receiving services through various programs as needed.

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, including de-escalations to the best of your abilities with our clients placing their meal order.
  • Address questions, and provide exceptional customer service; input order information into the appropriate client order screen.
  • Contact case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when a special situation arises regarding one of their clients.
