As a Sentinel Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for the configuration, operations, and maintenance of our clients Sentinel platform(Federal Government customer), a critical component of their cybersecurity infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform meets the organization's security requirements and effectively detects and responds to threats. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the platform's capabilities and scalability.

Cyber Security Engineers supports and implements cloud and application security tools and technologies including firewalls, IDS/IPS, antivirus, web proxy, certificate management, SIEM, patch management, and access controls. The Cyber Security Engineer implements security measures to protect our systems from attacks, intrusion, and infiltration and should be comfortable working with a variety of security technologies.

The Digital Workplace Security team protects customers and brands by enabling internal partners to secure their solutions efficiently. As a Lead Security Engineer, the role involves managing endpoint security posture, developing strategic plans, and leading project teams to implement and improve the security baseline, incorporating security into all decisions.

A managed service Security engineer plays a key role in the daily operations of the system, ensuring it’s running efficiently and that requests via ticketing systems are completed with SLAs. The candidate requires hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ and managing its “business as usual” type tasks and enhancing the solution in production to exploit tool features. The role frequently involves investigating and resolving technical problems, so demonstrated troubleshooting skills are required.
