The Cloud Infrastructure/Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) will design, implement, and maintain API-driven, enterprise-grade infrastructure across Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS). This role will focus on Azure API Management (APIM), Amazon API Gateway, and automation using GitHub Runners to ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of mission-critical applications.

Serve as the “data investigator” for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM or Marketplace). Pull, query, and analyze Marketplace data — including Agent/Broker data — to answer operational, compliance, and fraud-related questions, transforming findings into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences. Detect patterns and anomalies, and collaborate closely with the Marketplace Agent Broker Analyst to investigate potential fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA).
