The Principal Cybersecurity Engineer will proactively defend Array’s systems, networks, and APIs from malicious cyberattacks while shaping the organization's overall security strategy. The candidate will protect and harden Array’s production environment, ensure compliance with industry standards, and lead incident response efforts.

The Security Analyst Intern will partner with and support the security operations team to resolve security issues, respond to operational security requests, and perform security related investigation and incident response activities. They will participate in small sized projects implementing security designs under direct supervision.

This position will monitor clients’ environments for security issues and address these issues accordingly, working closely with the Director of Security and other engineers to ensure clients maintain a strong security posture. Responsibilities include processing triaged security issues, monitoring security solutions, assisting with incident response and remediation, and providing security training.

Ensure clients have an amazing experience, abstract operational patterns, and conjure process/technology solutions. Play individual contributor, grow a team, and build a product by distilling customer feedback. Handle incident response cases, own the customer experience, negotiate with cyber criminals, and manage financial operations.

Respond to crisis or urgent situations within the pertinent domain to mitigate immediate and potential threats. Provide technical support in response to computer security incidents promptly and efficiently through front-line telephone and email communications. Ingest, triage, prioritize, assign, track, document, and manage incidents and results.

Perform Cyber Resilience and Purple Team Exercises to increase prevention, protection, detection, response and recovery capabilities; Emulate and Simulate ATPs and TTPs from Mitre Att&ck and similar frameworks in collaboration with Red Team and Blue Team. Participate actively in incident handling with the CSIRT teams through investigation and threat reproduction.
