Monitor the security tools and systems that defend ServiceNow's production and corporate environment. Determine relationships between seemingly unrelated events through deductive reasoning. Come up with ways to do things faster, better and more effectively. You will participate as an escalation contact in the On-Call rotation, to ensure that Security Operations can respond to priority incidents.

As a Cyber Defence Analyst, you will join the Cyber Fusion Center, performing in-depth analysis, assessment, and response to security threats by following documented policies to meet Service Level Goals. This role is critical in ensuring the handling of potential threats and plays a part in improving security operations. This is a home based role reporting to the Director of Security Operations for SecOps & Threat Detection.

Protect CMG's technology stack, data, and users as a Security Operations Analyst. Work closely with Security, IT, and Engineering teams to ensure the security, resilience, and compliance of our cloud-first, distributed environment. This is a remote position with an expectation of high autonomy, initiative, and the ability to drive improvements across security operations and IT security.

We are looking for an experienced Cloud SecOps Engineer with strong experience with the secure delivery of AWS-based Linux and Windows workloads. The role involves broad governance, risk and compliance responsibility for evaluating systems, providing recommendations, supporting the SOC2 and TX-RAMP compliance programs, and mitigating issues to ensure the security of the Encoura systems. The candidate should be detail-oriented and be able to quickly evaluate processes and systems and optimize security controls and practices.
