The Junior Email Developer will join the Retention Marketing team and grow in the field of email marketing, sharpening their HTML email development skills by coding responsive email templates, testing emails, and supporting email campaign setup while collaborating with experienced email developers and marketing specialists.

On-call monitoring the platform with our monitoring systems; Finding and solving problems and incidents in the environments. Provides incidents/changes/problems management.

Engage with Thai-speaking customers who have made their first deposit and convert them into active traders. In this new role you will play a key part in fostering strong relationships and driving customer engagement. This role involves client calls (90% of the time), as well as handling emails, client meetings, working with CRM systems, and collaborating with the retention team to optimize engagement strategies.
