We are seeking a Python Backend Developer (AI) to turn neural networks into real product features, launching, adapting, and optimizing models, and integrating them into a production-ready system. You will be developing the backend of an AI IDE, integrating LLM models, building RAG components and pipelines using LangChain/LlamaIndex, and designing REST/gRPC APIs for interaction with AI modules. You will also optimize the performance, scalability, and stability of AI features.

As a Customer Support Operator, you will play a crucial role in supporting customer inquiries, answering them via live chats and emails. You will provide accurate information about the products of the company, resolve cases in a timely and professional manner and achieve productivity targets set by the manager.
