Monitor and execute daily operational tasks of the company’s department. Analyze market data in real-time, predict risk points, and respond quickly. Develop risk control policies and processes, and oversee their implementation in trading activities.

The OTC Sales Trader will join Binance OTC team being part of a high-growth business, playing a key role to expand the client outreach and the trade flow of the OTC desk. Responsibilities include managing the full OTC trade lifecycle, driving new volumes, and handling OTC product transactions.

You will work directly with the trading desk to analyze, enhance, and develop algorithmic trading strategies, while also supporting risk management through trading analytics and financial reporting.

Analyze user behavior and investment patterns to generate actionable recommendations, assess user investment strategies and optimize performance insights. Collaborate with the Investment team to build and maintain dashboards and reports for tracking investment opportunities, evaluate product performance, and develop trading signals. The position requires strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
