Provide advice and guidance to Arootah clients who seek help with their Cybersecurity needs. This will involve consulting to some of the leading Alternative Asset Firms and Family Offices in the world and sharing your experience as a Chief Information Security Officer in helping clients to serve as strategic cybersecurity advisor. The role involves developing and implementing comprehensive cybersecurity programs and conducting risk assessments.

Arootah is searching for experienced Chief Legal Counsel or General Counsel to consult with our highly prestigious client base. As a consultant, you will work with our Alternative Asset Firm and Family Office clients to provide expert advice. Having previously served in this leadership role, you have specific, hands-on experience developing, implementing, and managing a full legal and regulatory program for a leading Alternative Asset Firm or Family Office.

As a consultant, you will provide expert advice to Alternative Asset Firm and Family Office clients, conducting comprehensive investment and operational due diligence. Candidates should have hands-on leadership experience in Investment Management and Due Diligence and will collaborate closely with clients' Investments, Legal & Compliance, and Sales Teams.

Work with clients on a part-time, temporary, or ad-hoc basis to solve their most pressing compliance needs. Serve as strategic compliance advisor to the Principal/Founder, providing expert guidance on regulatory requirements, risk mitigation, and compliance program development for SEC-registered investment advisers, hedge funds, private equity firms, or family offices.

Apply your expertise directly to our client initiatives in the alternative investments industry. Design treasury operations frameworks, develop reconciliation processes and controls, establish NAV oversight and support procedures, and create collateral management monitoring systems. Build counterparty management frameworks, develop treasury policies, SLAs, and metrics, and create exception management and resolution protocols.

Arootah is seeking experienced Paralegals to consult with our diverse client base in the alternative asset management industry. As a consultant, you will provide expert legal support to our Alternative Asset Firm and Family Office clients. You will work closely with General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officers, and outside legal counsel to support fund formation, regulatory compliance, investor relations, and corporate governance matters.
