Core Areas of Expertise:
- Provide expert advice on best practice reviews, developing realistic action plans, and breaking apart goals into actionable steps.
- Advise on vendor selection, oversight, and creating policies and procedures for trading desk operations.
- Manage trades from inception to post-trade analysis, including building trades, pre-trade analysis, execution, communication, and settlement.
What You Bring:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field; Master’s Degree or CFA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience as a Head Trader or Director of Trading for an Alternative Asset Firm or Family Office.
- Strong programming skills (Python preferred) and experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
