Serve as the company's internal expert on the CFPB and all related consumer financial laws and regulations. As a Member of Product Design, Digital Assets role, you'll join a team of intentional, collaborative, and relentlessly curious designers. You will design solutions to questions with no precedent for institutional users.

The individual will work on next generation testing practices in the first OCC chartered digital asset bank and will assist in enhancing the Bank's Compliance Program through identification of emerging risks and control gaps.

Leverage expertise in risk management and financial analysis to manage and mitigate risks for a rapidly growing crypto business. Manage current and potential exposures, ensuring that they are within the company's risk appetite. Collaborate with trading, sales, operations, legal, and engineering teams to assess the creditworthiness of the company’s counterparties. Monitor risks associated with trading activities and offer analysis and insight to support business growth.

Work in a dynamic and innovative environment on the forefront of the digital asset banking revolution. You will work with a specific engineering team, designing and developing code to specs and progressing that code through the software development life-cycle into production. You will be directly integrated into the team, attending large scale software life-cycle ceremonies and participating in requirements, design, maintenance and support discussions outside of your project.
