• Write clean, well-tested code and grow through code reviews and pairing with senior engineers.
• Contribute to features and bug fixes while learning team patterns and best practices.

• Design and implement the next generation of our Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, focusing on security, speed, and reliability.
• Maintain and optimize the health of our monorepo, ensuring scalable dependency management and fast incremental builds.
• Work with GCP to architect secure, scalable runtime environments.

• Drive go-to-market strategy for asset, wealth management, and financial settlement products.
• Build clear, differentiated messaging and positioning for sophisticated institutional and wealth audiences.
• Lead cross-functional GTM initiatives in partnership with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Business Leads.

Support the day-to-day operations of the Trading business, including internal reporting, workflow tracking, and process coordination. Perform data analysis using tools like Python, SQL, and Excel to support financial reporting, generate insights, and validate business metrics. Collaborate with RevOps, TradeOps, Sales, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Product teams to support execution of trading processes and client needs.

• Ensure robust compliance across our global operations.
• Manage all aspects of regulatory reporting, ensuring accurate and timely submissions across a broad range of regulations.
• Lead effective exam management, handling regulatory requests and coordinating internal stakeholders across diverse jurisdictions.

• Assist with the daily operational activities of stablecoin issuance and redemption.
• Conduct stablecoin operations across mint/redeem workflows and fiat on/off ramp processes.
• Support the use and configuration of internal systems and third-party tools for secure and efficient operations.

Establish and oversee a trade surveillance program. Leverage regulatory expertise to ensure market integrity. Shape compliance strategy and serve as the bridge between trading operations and regulatory obligations.
