As a Member of Client Operations, Stablecoin, you will be a vital part of the daily operations at Anchorage Digital Bank, collaborating with the Client Operations team to support the issuance and redemption of stablecoins and our fiat operations. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence by assisting with the execution of transactions in a timely and risk-conscious manner. Gain a full understanding of stablecoin operations, and regulatory and operational considerations.

As a Member of Client Operations, Custody, you’ll support the day-to-day operations that the company processes in support of client’s daily activities. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring an excellent operations experience by reviewing client transactions, managing transactions in a risk conscious way. You will become intimately familiar with operations of our clients and their use of our platform and will anticipate their needs and serve as an advocate.

Spearhead our go-to-market strategy for stablecoin issuance and banking solutions within APAC or MEA, focusing on originating strategic partnerships with leading banks and enterprises. Leverage expertise in FX, institutional lending, or correspondent banking to demonstrate how our platform can revolutionize treasury operations, FX settlement, and inter-bank transactions. Act as the primary driver of our stablecoin business regional growth.

Drive revenue growth by researching leads and engaging prospects for all of our business lines. The BDR will typically have the first communication with a prospect and must have a strong understanding of the sales process and passion for digital assets. We are looking for a quick learner who has strong communication skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

This person will play a critical role in month end close activities, with specific focus on fee calculations and billing operations, and will help us build for scale through the design, documentation and implementation of policies, processes and controls related to revenue. Looking for someone with a strong understanding of US GAAP and a working knowledge of ASC 606.
