What You'll Do:
- Administer, monitor, and maintain customer-facing security platforms and operational technologies.
- Handle Tier 3 escalations, resolve technical issues independently, and escalate as appropriate.
- Support platform upgrades, client onboarding, and incident resolution with a security-first mindset.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, or systems administration with strong Windows knowledge.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, and network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, Active Directory, and security best practices.
