This critical role directly contributes to revenue growth and customer success as the subject matter expert and main creator of Crisis Simulations. Provides strategic direction and guidance to internal and external stakeholders, including the Cyber Resilience Team, Security Engineering Consultants, and Customer Success Team. Assists in creating leading Crisis Sim and Cyber Drill solutions and maintains the catalog of Crisis Sims.

Support the rapid and concurrent deployment of Cybersecurity and SaaS-based technology solutions. This role will manage a portfolio of 15–25 structured, fast-moving projects, with a strong focus on template-driven delivery, compliance adherence, and repeatable success. The Chief Information Security Officer (Europe) will provide regional oversight of cybersecurity, technology risk, and privacy risk management for Robinhood Crypto’s European operations. This role will work in close coordination with Robinhood’s centralized U.S. Security and Privacy teams to ensure that European-specific regulatory requirements are effectively met, documented, and integrated into global risk frameworks. Serve as the primary point of contact in the region for regulatory responses related to cybersecurity and technology risk.

Combat fraud and spam on our communications platform as a Know your traffic (KYT) Specialist, dedicated to fighting spam to maintain Twilio as a trusted network. You will help ensure that the traffic on Twilio’s platform is legal, compliant, and wanted by blending data, analytics, and technology with a passion for customer service, to create insights to power decisions that will strengthen our network and bond with customers.

Help run our social engineering program, launch engaging phishing campaigns, deliver general awareness and role-based training, and support our incredible Security Awareness Ambassadors Program. You’ll play a central role in empowering people and reducing human risk across the organization. This position may be eligible for the possibility of remote work.
