Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver data migration workstreams into SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM, from planning to go live.
- Gather integration requirements, produce designs, and build/test interfaces using platform-native tools and middleware.
- Use ETL tooling to extract, transform, and load data at scale while automating validation checks.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven data migration experience across multiple full lifecycle projects in at least one major HCM platform.
- Hands-on ETL experience and strong understanding of HR and payroll data structures.
- Clear communicator able to work with both technical teams and HR stakeholders.
