Workstream leadership:
- Own the end-to-end HCM data conversion workstream, including planning, scope, and delivery.
- Lead and coordinate data conversion developers, resolve blockers, and ensure quality.
Conversion strategy and requirements:
- Lead discovery sessions to define conversion scope, priorities, and acceptance standards.
- Analyze PeopleSoft HCM data structures and translate into a practical Workday conversion approach.
Hands-on conversion delivery:
- Contribute directly to data profiling, extraction, mapping, and validation across HCM domains.
- Develop SQL and PeopleTools queries, transformation rules, and reconciliation scripts.
Testing validation and documentation:
- Plan and oversee mock conversions, unit and system testing, and defect triage.
- Define data-quality controls and maintain complete documentation of mapping and procedures.
