Sr. Technical Solutions Consultant (Mid-Market & Enterprise)

What You'll Do:

• Act as a technical closer and strategic co-pilot, owning the "Tech Win" alongside Account Executives.
• Build and scope API/SFTP integrations and configure bespoke Proof of Concepts for prospects.
• Create micro-demos and sales enablement assets to arm champions when you're not in the room.

Who You Are:

• A builder with genuine passion for APIs, integrations, and understanding how things work.
• Comfortable navigating HRIS ecosystems like Workday, ADP, and UKG and speaking both HR and IT language.
• High-grit, sales-driven, and adaptable, able to call an audible during live demos.

• Annual OTE of $147,000 - $165,000 plus equity.
