Key Responsibilities:
- Design and govern the overall Workday architecture, including business process frameworks, security model, tenant configuration, and integration landscape.
- Lead complex projects such as module implementations, mergers/acquisitions integrations, and major upgrades.
- Own the integration strategy between Workday and third-party systems using EIBs, Studio, Core Connectors, and web services.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 7+ years of Workday experience, including at least 3 years in an architect or lead technical design capacity.
- Deep expertise across multiple Workday modules, with HCM required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary range: $140,000 - $190,000.

Location and Travel:
- Remote from any US location.
- Occasional annual travel for team events, 5-10%.
