Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of scalable and secure HR/Payroll system architecture.
- Manage assigned initiatives, facilitating stakeholder meetings to elicit requirements and ensure successful implementation.
- Oversee complex configuration, troubleshooting, and documentation of Workday systems.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of progressive Workday experience, including Core HCM and at least two other modules.
- 3+ years in a Workday architectural or lead configuration role.
- Proven expertise in system architecture and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
