Seeking a skilled Senior Workday Support Specialist responsible for providing advanced support and maintenance for our Workday system, ensuring its optimal performance and functionality, requiring a deep understanding of Workday modules and problem-solving skills.

As a Workday Certified Absence and Time Tracking Consultant, you will ensure successful deployment by architecting, configuring, and testing Workday solutions to meet the specific needs of the client. Foster the development of other Consultants by sharing expertise. May support proposal preparations, deliver demonstrations to clients, and speak at conferences.

Lead the HR side of integration and optimization of Workday, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. Take co-ownership of Workday deployment, oversee data migration, provide user training, manage project timelines, and implement continuous improvements in HR workflows. Collaborate with teams to optimize HR workflows through Workday’s integrated system.

You will work with internal teams & partners to build and develop long-term relationships with them, and also be involved in day-to-day operation systems support. You will build, configure and troubleshoot systems, including enhancements, and maintain a constant level of support to all departments as required. You will be the main liaison between external system vendors, internal BAU teams and clients.
