Responsible for configuring and maintaining the core Human Capital Management (HCM) system and supporting Workday and external system touchpoints across a global organization. Will work closely with HR, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the systems are functioning properly, accurately, and securely. Champion enhancements and provide creative solutions to promote efficiency, effectiveness, and new thinking in People business partnership and support.

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of integrations between Workday and internal/external systems. Collaborate cross-functionally with the People team, Payroll, Finance, and IT to ensure data flows securely, accurately, and efficiently across platforms. Play a key role in Workday enhancement projects and partner with stakeholders to continuously improve the overall Workday ecosystem.
