The Director, People Systems Workday Talent Acquisition drives our People Systems strategy, and collaborates with the People Function and Systems partners to continually improve digital tools for our people. You will drive, influence, and collaborate with the People Team and Systems team as well as stakeholders across the organization to identify solutions that meet business needs.
As a Sr. Analyst, Talent Management Systems, you will be responsible for configuring, designing, optimizing, and maintaining Visaβs Talent Management systems, with a primary focus on Workday Talent modules and related external systems across a global organization. You will work closely with Talent Management stakeholders, HR, IT, vendors, and others to ensure our Talent Management platforms empower Visaβs people and leaders to excel, develop, and grow.
This role will partner with various stakeholders throughout Visa to develop and manage complex commercial agreements and contracts from approved financial proposals. The ideal candidate will be self-directed, analytical and a strategic thinker with experience in the payments industry. Key responsibilities include drafting commercial agreements, liaising with stakeholders, and providing training regarding the contract process to internal stakeholders.
