This position oversees Workday HCM, implements enhancements, and manages complex projects within Human Resources.

You will act as a technical counterpart, host training sessions, consult on system configurations, and manage concurrent client projects. The HRIS System Administrator will transform and optimize how employee data drives talent strategy, including talent acquisition, retention, organizational development, workforce planning, and diversity. This role delivers frontline support for SAP SuccessFactors HRIS, participates in system testing, handles system configuration, and supports HR data and technology portfolio scaling the organization globally.

The Senior HRIS Analyst partners with stakeholders to identify system enhancements and support cyclical processes with a focus on user experience. This position manages internal processes, data, and supports end users as a data steward with focus on security, accuracy, and integrity of HR data. This role reports to the Director, HR Operations.
