  • Support and maintain key construction-industry software platforms including Autodesk, Primavera P6, Viewpoint Vista/ProjectSight, and HCSS HeavyBid through user provisioning, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
  • Partner with business stakeholders in estimating, scheduling, and operations to translate needs into system workflows, document processes, and identify opportunities for streamlining across platforms.
  • Serve as a front-line point of contact for application issues, deliver basic user training, and assist with software enhancements, upgrades, and testing before deployment.
