Job Summary:
- Support, maintain, and enhance HR technology applications with primary focus on Greenhouse.
- Serve as key liaison between HR, IT, business systems teams, and vendors.
- Manage application configuration, security, updates, and testing.
Integrations & Testing:
- Support integrations between Greenhouse and other business applications.
- Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and test cases.
- Validate changes before production deployment.
Business Partnership:
- Partner with HR, IT, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technology solutions.
- Serve as subject matter expert for Greenhouse and related HR technology.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and user experience.
Vendor & Change Management:
- Manage relationships with Greenhouse and other HR technology vendors.
- Evaluate business impact of system changes and coordinate communications and training.
- Present updates and recommendations to Steering Committee.
