About the Role:
- You will own the day-to-day administration and optimization of Quince's talent acquisition tech stack.
- You'll be the go-to expert for Greenhouse, ModernLoop, and in-house recruiting tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage job templates, interview plans, scorecards, and user permissions across the TA stack.
- Build and maintain workflows and automations to streamline recruiter and coordinator tasks.
- Ensure data hygiene, support integrations, and provide tier-one support for system issues.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience administering recruiting or HR systems, with hands-on Greenhouse expertise.
- Strong knowledge of interview scheduling tools like ModernLoop and their configuration.
- An automation mindset and comfort using AI-enabled tools to streamline repetitive work.
