Contract Recruiting Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Schedule candidate interviews across multiple time zones and coordinate with hiring managers and interview panels.
• Manage complex calendar scheduling and resolve conflicts.
• Arrange travel and accommodations for candidates as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of recruiting coordination or administrative support experience.
• Proficiency in Greenhouse (ATS) is required.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
