- Partner closely with the recruiting team to facilitate candidates through the interview process.
- Interface with leadership to resolve scheduling conflicts and improve processes.
- Own sending candidate feedback surveys and help source on LinkedIn.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a recruiting coordinator is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with data and spreadsheets.
Support:
- Support broader HR initiatives and projects as needed.
- Assist with reporting, compliance auditing, and employee experience initiatives.
- Provide general office administrative support.
