About the Role:

• We’re looking for a collaborative and highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our global Talent Acquisition team.
• You’ll play a key role in supporting interview scheduling, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring a positive and efficient hiring experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring logistics are accurate and clearly communicated.
• Partner with recruiters, candidates, and hiring teams to support a timely and positive interview process.
• Monitor and resolve scheduling conflicts or process-related questions.

What You’ll Bring:

• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and clear communication skills.
