Recruiting Coordinator (Temporary)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare and send accurate offer letters in coordination with the recruiting team.
• Initiate and track background checks and drug screenings.
• Serve as a responsive and empathetic point of contact for candidates.

• 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or HR operations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with an ATS and pre-employment compliance processes.
