About the Role:

• You will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of a seamless, high-touch recruitment process.
• You will partner with the TA team on administration, coordination, and recruitment project support.

What You'll Do:

• Manage key process elements including background checks, contract generation, onboarding, and reporting.
• Become a go-to expert on TA systems and processes.
• Support complex international mobility requirements for senior-level expat recruitment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a TA Coordinator role, ideally in mining or large multi-site businesses.
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and candidates with warmth and professionalism.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
