Join the Talent Acquisition team as a Senior Sourcer, supporting the Sales organization. Partner with recruiters, drive candidate pipelines, and nurture relationships with candidates. Evolve volume hiring strategies, use innovative techniques to engage talent, and utilize a data-driven approach to influence strategies. Screen resumes, interview candidates, and identify blockers to improve hiring workflow.

You will play a key role in hiring for our Tech team, including Engineering, Product, and Design. Manage full cycle recruiting across EPD functions, including sourcing, screening, interview facilitation, and offer delivery and negotiation. Build and nurture strong talent pipelines through outbound sourcing. Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience that reflects Jasper’s values at every touch point.
