As a CX AI Workflow Specialist, you will play a critical role in enhancing the effectiveness and consistency of Quinceβs CX AI initiatives. Youβll lead quality assurance initiatives, design and maintain Agent Operating Procedures (AOPs), and partner with cross-functional teams to build and refine AI-enabled support workflows. This role sits at the intersection of CX, systems thinking, and AI tooling.
In this role, you will lead vendor relationships and sourcing strategy for our North America based furniture categories, especially Made-to-Order (MTO) upholstery products. You will drive vendor onboarding and development, quality adherence, cost negotiations, and operational excellence across our U.S., Canadian, and Mexican partners.
As an Account Executive at Quince, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing a portfolio of enterprise merchandise clients across industries including Finance, Legal, Sports, Media, and Entertainment. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to business development, relationship management , and ability to operate in a fast-paced dynamic start up environment . Commission is uncapped, and top performers are rewarded accordingly.

Your primary goals are to leverage your deep understanding of Quince to support your Account Executives and to deliver an excellent customer experience.
