Lead the development and execution of scalable processes, implement data-driven frameworks, own recruiter enablement and drive operational excellence.

Analyze historical sales data, market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to develop data-backed pricing recommendations. Build and maintain pricing models to evaluate the impact of different pricing scenarios and strategies. Develop metrics and dashboards to track key promotional KPIs. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and problem-solver, skilled at leveraging technology and data to deliver top-tier analytics solutions.
