About the Role:
- We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Operations professional to help build and scale the operational foundation of Tailscale’s TA organization.
- You’ll partner closely with TA leadership and cross-functional teams to build efficient, scalable recruiting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and optimize recruiting technology stack, including Greenhouse and ModernLoop.
- Build and maintain recruiting dashboards and reporting for visibility into hiring progress.
What We Are Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in TA Operations or related role, ideally in high-growth environment.
- Strong operational, analytical, and project management skills with attention to detail.
