Own day-to-day operations of the TA function, including requisition flow and SLA adherence.
Drive KPI frameworks and present performance data to leadership.
Manage vendor relationships and ATS administration.

Qualifications:

10+ years in Talent Acquisition with 5+ years managing people.
Experience in government contracting or cleared environments preferred.
Hands-on ATS administration experience (Greenhouse preferred).

Work Environment:

Primarily remote with some travel for recruitment events.
Requires strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
