Executive & Leadership Recruiting:
- Own full lifecycle recruitment for Director-level and above positions.
- Partner with executives and hiring leaders to develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Build proactive talent pipelines for leadership and critical roles.
Talent Acquisition Team Coaching & Support:
- Provide day-to-day coaching and guidance to a team of three recruiters.
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and participate in team meetings.
- Support recruiter development through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
Recruiting Operations, Greenhouse ATS Ownership & Process Optimization:
- Serve as key ATS owner, managing system enhancements and troubleshooting.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency and scalability.
- Own weekly TA reporting and provide insights to leadership.
