About the Role:
- Own end-to-end recruitment strategy from sourcing to offer.
- Shape the first six months of the new hire journey with onboarding and training programs.
- Partner with the Associate Director of People on high-impact strategic initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Proactively source candidates and serve as the face of CreativeX to top talent.
- Conduct screens, manage pipelines, and embed AI solutions into processes.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of recruitment or people role experience with a recruitment focus.
- Results-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, follow-through, and familiarity with ATS like Greenhouse.
