What You'll Do:

  • Create talent maps and maintain active networks across creative and operational functions.

Recruitment Operations:

  • Maintain accurate ATS records and hiring documentation.
  • Track recruitment metrics and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Continuously optimize workflows to improve hiring speed, quality, and efficiency.
