Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers across the organization to further understand hiring needs.
  • Participate in the full life-cycle of recruiting, including pre-screening, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Work closely with recruiting and operations teams to develop a pipeline of candidates in niche areas.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Any Graduate or MBA preferred with technical recruiting experience.
  • 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably with Salesforce.
  • Prior experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiting is a plus, along with proficiency in Google Suite.
