Roles and Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers across the organization to further understand hiring needs.
- Participate in the full life-cycle of recruiting, including pre-screening, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
- Work closely with recruiting and operations teams to develop a pipeline of candidates in niche areas.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Any Graduate or MBA preferred with technical recruiting experience.
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably with Salesforce.
- Prior experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiting is a plus, along with proficiency in Google Suite.
Work Culture and Environment:
- Remote and in-person options available, with travel up to 25% for certain roles.
