Partner with hiring managers across the organization to further understand hiring needs.
Participate in the full life-cycle of recruiting, including pre-screening, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
Work closely with recruiting and operations teams to develop a pipeline of candidates in niche areas.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Any Graduate or MBA preferred with technical recruiting experience.
4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably with Salesforce.
Prior experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiting is a plus, along with proficiency in Google Suite.

Work Culture and Environment:

Remote and in-person options available, with travel up to 25% for certain roles.
