• Provide leadership, coaching, and operational direction to ensure high standards across the candidate journey.
• Take ownership of recruiting pod performance and translate objectives into clear priorities for team members.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment with at least 2 years leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of the full hiring lifecycle and proven ability to coach recruiters.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
