Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of a recruiter pod, keeping your team focused, unblocked, and performing.
• Provide clear direction to direct reports and run regular 1:1s focused on performance and growth.
• Quality-check your team's work across the full recruiting process and coach on craft and stakeholder management.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a team lead or pod leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to carry a full req load while supporting others' performance and development.
• Strong recruiting craft across the full hiring lifecycle, including sourcing, pipeline management, and stakeholder management.
