Director of Talent Acquisition

About the Role:

• You will lead the talent acquisition function end to end, reporting to the Head of People.
• You will own the hiring system, from process design to metrics, and scale pipeline and throughput.
• You will partner with senior leaders to turn company goals into a hiring plan.

What You Will Own:

• The hiring system end to end: rubrics, interview stages, scorecards, and operating cadence.
• Pipeline health, conversion rates, time to hire, and quality of hire metrics.
• Employer brand and candidate experience to attract top talent.

Who You Are:

• You have 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, including leading a team through growth.
• You are data-driven, with fluency in funnel math and recruiting tools like Greenhouse and Gem.
• You hold a high bar on quality and can defend it under pressure.
