About the job:

• This role leads our Americas recruiting efforts across GTM and Marketing, reporting to the Global Director of TA.
• You will serve as the primary strategic advisor to GTM and Marketing executive leaders in the region, blending operational excellence with human-centric leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow your team by mentoring full-cycle talent advisors, investing in their career growth and sharpening their skills.
• Drive business results by owning end-to-end recruitment strategy and collaborating with HRBPs, Finance, and Legal.
• Champion innovation and operational excellence, using data and technology to build a predictable recruiting engine.

Qualifications:

• People management experience leading full-cycle GTM recruiters in the US and LATAM region.
• Experience building trusted relationships with VP+ stakeholders and influencing regional talent strategies.
• Advanced ability to analyze trends using tools like Workday, Greenhouse, Visier, and Eightfold.
