Client Services Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of recruiters, set performance standards, and provide coaching and feedback.
• Establish regular 1-1 and team meetings, manage performance reviews, and foster a collaborative environment.
• Partner with client leaders to ensure successful implementation and drive hiring strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or HR in a results-oriented role.
• Experience coaching or managing a team; exposure to ATS and social media tools.
• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field preferred; strong Microsoft Office skills.
