  • Build pipelines that serve both open roles and the ones we'll open next quarter.
  • Use creative, data-informed sourcing strategies to surface a diverse slate of top talent.

Full-cycle recruiting:

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for Sales and other GTM roles, including Marketing, Customer Success, and leadership hires.
  • Partner with hiring leaders from kickoff through close - calibrating on the role, designing the interview loop, and aligning on what "great" looks like.
  • Run substantive interviews that assess both capability and culture fit.
